Delivery costs include mailing and packing costs. Detailed shipping costs are available after payment and the shipping method have been selected.
US, EUROPE and AUSTRALIA orders will be shipped from our local warehouses (no duties or additional fees). When shipping to other countries, and countries outside of the European Union, additional import duties may apply depending on your country.
We want to get you your INDO® as soon as possible. That is why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can start tricking with your new INDO. Our team will start working on your order once the purchase has been completed. Normal order dispatch time from our warehouse is 1-2 business days, ground shipping takes 2-7 business days and Express Shipping 1-4 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Please understand that weekends and holidays might affect the dispatch and shipping times. You will receive an email from us once the order has been dispatched (please check your junk mail for our email).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
As an international shopper, you now get the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout with no hidden fees, cost-effective international shipping, and much more.
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system.
Our International Shipments are dispatched from our Tallinn, Estonia Warehouse (EU). Shipping cost and time for international shipments varies between €0 and €40 and from 3 to 10 business days.

Our delivery network provides a trackable service, which usually takes around 3 working days depending on the service you choose.
